Help your district leaders understand their interpersonal behaviors and why some actions do not elicit expected results. Working their personal FIRO-B results, participants will gain an understanding of their expressed and wanted needs for inclusion (involvement), control (direction) and affection (openness).
They will come away with specific techniques to enhance their leadership effectiveness.

This full-day academy includes:

  • A FIRO-B assessment to be completed by each participant in advance.
  • Facilitation by Illinois ASBO, using interpretive reports to help participants analyze their interpersonal behaviors/needs and those of others.
  • Experiential modeling activities to assess each team member’s working relationships with at least one
    of their co-workers.
  • Six hours of credit for each participant.
