Conference Lead Tracker (Not included in registration costs)
How can you maximize your opportunities? Provide your staff with the Conference Leads App to easily capture information. A simple scan guarantees accurate attendee contacts. This system allows custom qualifying questions and notes to properly handle each lead and follow up in a timely manner.

Registration Information
Exhibitor and booth registration is limited to Service Associate members only. These exhibiting members may bring a nonmember to assist them in the booth at an additional fee.
Booths must be registered by March 16, 2018 in order to guarantee a listing in the Marketplace program. Booths purchased after this day will be listed in the Marketplace addendum.
Registration Fees
Your registration covers more than just booth space!
Booth registration includes registration for one member to attend the full Conference (Thursday and Friday) and the following: carpet, 6' table, 2 chairs, waste basket & signage.
Each full Conference registration includes lunch on both Thursday and Friday, two hospitality events on Thursday (one within the Marketplace) as well as coffee and other beverages offered during breaks — along with full access to inspiring sessions and networking events throughout the Conference.

Annual Conference Cancelations/Refunds
Reductions or cancelations must be received by
Friday, February 23, 2018: cancelations before this date will be subject to a $150 processing fee; no refunds after that date. Fees are non-refundable nor transferable. No-shows who have not prepaid will be invoiced for the registration fee.
