As most of you know the Appellate Court late last night ruled
moot the Governor's appeal of the case in which a Sangamon County Judge issued a temporary retraining order for masks, vaccinations and testing in schools. Here is a link to the

Appellate Court Rules on COVID-19 Mitigation TRO - Franczek P.C. This is not settled yet as the Governor's office indicated that he intends to ask the State Attorney General to appeal the Appellate Court decision (or non decision if you will) to the Supreme Court.
