When:  Feb 6, 2026 from 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM (CT)

The Human Side of Leadership Excellence For School Business Professionals in Leadership, Operations, and Service

In education, leadership isn’t just about managing budgets, buildings, or policies — it’s about leading people, serving communities, and inspiring excellence from the inside out.

Infused with live music and massive audience engagement, this high-energy session will reignite your passion and equip you to lead with purpose and presence. You’ll master the Four E’s of Excellence — Experience, Energy, Education, and Emotion — the foundational elements that drive outstanding leadership and student-centered success.

You’ll learn how to:

• Create meaningful experiences that strengthen your school community.

• Show up with energy that motivates your teams and inspires trust.

• Commit to continuous education that keeps you sharp and forward-thinking.

• Harness authentic emotion to connect, communicate, and lead with heart.

In a world of shifting priorities and rising demands, it’s easy to get lost in the numbers. This keynote brings you back to what matters most — the people behind the purpose. It’s a reminder that your leadership leaves a legacy — and your best days in education are still ahead.
