2027 Leadership Day - (1/29/2027)

When:  Fri, Jan 29, 2027 from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM (CT)

How Can I? Grit, Grace, and Gratitude for the People Who Keep Schools Running

For the finance, operations, and service leaders who make everything possible behind the scenes.

Behind every thriving school is a team managing the budgets, the buildings, and the countless details no one sees, until something goes wrong. It's demanding, often thankless work, and it's easy to get buried in the numbers and lose sight of why it matters.

Joe Fingerhut, a high-energy, interactive keynote speaker, brings you back to the heart of it. Through humor, surprise, and a whole lot of heart, you'll discover the one question that changes everything when the pressure is on: "How Can I?" It's a mindset shift powered by the three habits that carry people through hard things, Grit, Grace, and Gratitude, and it turns overwhelmed into empowered.

You'll leave ready to:

- Trade "I can't" for "How can I?" when the demands pile up

- Lead with grit through the long, under-resourced stretches

- Extend grace to your team, your community, and yourself

- Use gratitude to reset your energy and reconnect to your purpose

You do work that keeps education running. This is your reminder that the way you show up, strong, steady, and human, leaves a legacy far beyond the balance sheet. Join us to learn how.
