He has 15 years of experience in commercial HVAC, three years as a building engineer at District 87 and has spent the last eight years at CCSD93. He is the current chair of the Illinois ASBO Maintenance & Operations PDC, holds both CPMM and CPS certifications and has completed the Illinois ASBO Facility Management Designation Program and the Facilities Operations Program.

Dave Schuh, CPMM, CPS, has served in his current role of Director of Operations for Crystal Lake School District 47 since 2005 where he oversees all facets of facility management from capital planning and development to the daily support needs of the district. He has led the Illinois ASBO North Central Illinois Facility Professionals (NCIFP) group since 2011 fostering networking and professional development for his peers. In addition, he is also actively involved with Illinois ASBO as a lead instructor for the Facilities Operations Program courses, which he helped develop and implement. Lastly, he also contributes as an Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) instructor for the CPMM and CPS courses.
