Illinois ASBO Service Associates come with ideas and expertise that help school business officials to find the best solutions for their districts. The 2025 Annual Conference features two days of dedicated time to explore the Marketplace and network with exhibitors. 

  • On Wednesday, April 30, make your way into the Marketplace immediately following the Opening General Session, connect with Service Associate members and start participating in the X Game. Enjoy a hospitality from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. 
  • On Thursday, May 1, enjoy lunch in the Marketplace and the conclusion of the X Game, starting at 1 p.m. Exhibitor prizes will be awarded at this time and attendees must be present to win.

Mardi Gras Masquerade in the Solutions Marketplace

Attention Service Associate: Last year's Disco Fever theme was a hit, but this year, we’re bringing the vibrant energy of Mardi Gras to the exhibit hall. Let’s make it a festive and unforgettable experience for all attendees!

We encourage you to get into the Mardi Gras spirit and decorate your booths with the bold colors, masks and magic of the celebration—because it’s a contest! Booths that creatively capture the festive vibe will have a chance to win the 'Most Festive Booth' award, including top pick of booth location for the 2026 Annual Conference (after sponsors and other priority placement). Unleash your creativity and aim to be among the celebrated winners. Please note: When you register, you'll need to commit to the theme in your booth design.

Experience the X Game

The X Game will take place on both Wednesday and Thursday in the Marketplace. Look for booths marked with an "X" to find the great items available to win. Enter the tickets in your conference packet in the prize drawing that will take place on Thursday at 1 p.m.
