Midwest Mechanical recently won a National RFP administered by the NCPA purchasing cooperative enabling our public sector clients to use an effective alternative to the traditional architect led design/bid/build approach. 30 ILCS 525, the Governmental Joint Purchasing Act, is the enabling legislation.
