COVID Conversations 2.0: The Transportation Challenge - (7/13/2020)

When:  Jul 13, 2020 from 12:00 to 13:00 (CT)

The COVID-19 Conversations webinar series is a continuation of the discussions you are currently having in peer2peer and in your district related to issues you are facing. The Illinois ASBO Board of Directors will be leading these conversations with their own examples and insights. These informal webinars will also give you the chance to ask questions and share what you are doing in your district to benefit others.

Getting kids to school is the first hurdle for many districts when it comes to reopening. ISBE guidelines now allow for 50 people on a bus with masks (including the driver and other personnel). But how are bus companies and district-run operations planning for the impact of these limited capacities this fall? What protocols will work and which will not? Join us as we discuss these issues and more!
